National Technical Committee on Stationery ofStandardization Administration of China

National Technical Committee on Stationery of　Standardization Administration of China (hereafter referred to as Stationery　Committee) was approved by Standardization Administration of the People’s　Republic of China in January 28, 2011. Our Committee mainly responsible for　making and revising national and industrial standards of stationery without　pen, accessories and teaching equipment. It is managed by China National Light　Industry Council and Ningbo Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.

The Stationery　Committee put forward plans, policies and technical measurements of stationery　standardization work to Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic　of China and China National Light Industry Council abide by relevant policies.　According to related principles, we organize meetings to make and revise standards.

The first　Stationery Committee has 51 members, among which, there are one director, three　deputy directors, one secretary-general, one deputy secretary-general. All the　members come from 48 stationery companies and relevant areas including government,　production, scientific research, testing and etc. 

The Secretariat　of Stationery Committee is jointly undertaken by Shanghai Institute of　Stationery and Sporting Goods Ltd. Company and National Quality Supervision and　Inspection center of cultural and educational goods.

Our Committee　encourages companies to make technical innovations and absorb foreign advanced　technologies .It will have a profound effect and strong driving force in　improving our standardization work in stationery industry.

Joint Secretariat of Stationery Committee

Joint　Secretariat of Stationery Committee (hereafter referred to as Joint Secretariat)set up by Stationery Committee is to handle daily affairs and the responsible　unit for stationery standards as well. The Joint Secretariat is mainly　undertaken by Shanghai Institute of Stationery and Sporting Goods Ltd. company together　with National Quality Supervision and Inspection center of cultural and　educational goods.

The main task of joint secretariat is to put　forward annual plan about making revising national and industrial standards to　Standardization Administration of People’s Republic of China and China National Light Industry Council in accordance with related stationery policy. We have organized related companies to draft , reviewing and publicizing the standards. We actively carry out international ,academic and technical communication with peer fellows .We also regularly hold annual meeting to report and summarize annual work ,making next year’s plan and perfect relevant regulation system tocarry out the work more efficient and normalized.

Shanghai Institute of Stationery &Sporting GoodsLtd. Company

Shanghai Institute of Stationery &Sporting Goods Ltd. Company was established in December,1983. It is affiliated by the Supervisory Inspection Center for Quality of Stationery &Sporting Goods in the Light Industry Ministry of China, the Center of Standardization for China National Stationery &Sporting Goods and Director Engineer of Supervision& Inspection for Quality of Shanghai Stationery &Sporting Goods. People in our standardized department all have over 20 years experience in this area. They are familiar with the development of the stationery industry and the status of our standardized work.. The Institute has made and revised 112national and industrial standards, some of them reached the international level.. The Institute is also a member of the international standardization organization ISO/TC 83. 

National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Cultural and Educational Goods

National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Cultural and Educational Goods（hereafter referred to as National Cultural and Educational Center）,as the only state level stationary goods testing center in the country, has all-round service and authoritative testing techniques. The management and testing level of our lab are reach domestic advanced level.

Our centre greatly promote the strategy of invigorating the test through science and talents. We are able to provide all-round service to our clients in ‘testing，scientific research，standards ,certification and consulting’. The test ability of our center is able to meet the domestic and abroad testing requirements of stationery products and we are also capable of testing the components of raw material of stationery products. In recent years, our influence and authority are gradually accepted by peer industry fellows. We are the contract lab of the prominent company ITS and is approved by the Ministry of Environment Protection of People’s Republic of China to become one of the only two labs qualified for environment-protection certification of stationery goods. Our centre is responsible for more than ten national，provincial and ministerial level scientific research projects. We have made and revised a lot of standards through which we accumulated many experiences.
